What to include when reporting a problem
- The name of the tool and the page address
- What you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected
- The device and browser you used (for example, Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone)
- If the layout looks broken, which part, and a screenshot if you can
Please do not send
Do not put personal or sensitive information in your email, such as ID numbers, bank account numbers, passwords or health details. When reporting a file conversion problem, please send a different file that shows the same problem, or a screenshot of the affected part, instead of an original that contains personal information.
